How To Use
  • Place the pins on the smallest cassette sprocket to hold it in position. Use the centre opening to access and loosen the cassette lockring with a compatible lockring tool.
  • For 11 and 12-tooth sprockets, the longer pins on the 12T side allow the tool to reach over a 10T sprocket and engage the next 12T sprocket.

Unior 1670/2BI Cassette Wrench is designed as a modern replacement for the traditional chain whip, making cassette removal more controlled and convenient. It helps hold the cassette securely in place while allowing easy access to the lockring during service.

Secure Sprocket Grip: The tool uses pins that engage with the smallest sprocket on the cassette, keeping it stable while the lockring is loosened. Ridges on the outside of the pins provide a secure grip, helping reduce slipping during maintenance.

Lockring Tool Access: An opening in the centre of the tool allows a cassette lockring tool to fit through easily. This makes the cassette removal process simpler, especially for workshop use or regular drivetrain servicing.

Made for Modern Cassettes: The wrench is compatible with 10, 11 and 12-tooth small-cog cassettes. For cassettes with 10 and 12-tooth smallest sprockets, the longer pins on the 12T side reach over the 10T sprocket and engage with the next 12T sprocket.
