At The Bike Affair, we want the return process to be clear and straightforward. Please review the conditions below before placing a return request.

Return Eligibility

✅ Products that do not match the description on our website

✅ Apparel items that do not fit properly

✖️ Wetsuits

✖️ Products discounted by more than 5%

✖️ Bike parts or accessories ordered with incorrect compatibility, unless the information provided by us was incorrect

✖️ Orders placed by mistake or accidentally, once processed or shipped

For compatibility-related products, we strongly recommend contacting our support team before placing your order.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

 

Refund Options

  • Store Credit: Receive store credit equal to the approved return value or cancelled order value, which can be used to purchase any other item available in our store
  • Monetary Refund: Payment gateway fee and actual shipping charges will be deducted before the refund is processed

Deductions for Monetary Refunds

  • 2.5% payment gateway fee (or) 4.5% payment gateway fee for Snapmint / Pay Later
  • Actual shipping charges

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, the selected refund option will be processed within 2 working days.
