Shipping Locations: We currently ship to locations across India.
Shipping Partners: We have partnered with Delhivery, Mark and Bluedart for shipping our products.
Shipping Rates: We offer competitive shipping rates based on your order total to ensure a seamless shopping experience:
- Orders under ₹2000: Shipping rate of ₹99
- Orders above ₹2000: Free shipping
COD (Cash on Delivery) Information: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience. However, please note that COD is available for orders up to ₹20,000.
Additional COD charges are applied based on the order value as follows:
- Orders from ₹0 to ₹2000: COD fee of ₹50
- Orders from ₹2001 to ₹5000: COD fee of ₹100
- Orders from ₹5001 to ₹10000: COD fee of ₹150
- Orders from ₹10001 to ₹20000: COD fee of ₹200
Important COD Terms:
- For certain high-risk PIN codes or customer profiles, COD may be disabled at our discretion.
- We may cancel COD orders at our discretion if we sense high risk after the COD verification call.
- In case of partial COD fee collected, the fee is non-refundable if the delivery fails due to rejection of shipment by the customer.
- Open box delivery is not available for COD orders. If you have any doubts about the product, including compatibility or other queries, please reach out to our support team instead before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver your products within 3–6 working days from the date your order is placed. Please note that the delivery timeline shown on the product page is only an estimate and should not be treated as a promised or guaranteed delivery date. While we always try to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier operations, logistics issues, or external disruptions. In addition, most Shimano products may take longer to ship compared to regular items. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Order Tracking: We will keep you informed about the status of your order with regular updates through email and WhatsApp messages. You can also track your order using this link.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your product is lost or damaged during transit due to the courier's fault, we take full responsibility for it and will offer you a full refund or replacement product.
