How the discount tiers work

Rather than one flat sale, stock is grouped by how deep the reduction is. Mega Deals carries the sharpest cuts at 41 to 69 per cent off, Big Savings Zone covers 31 to 40 per cent, Smart Picks 21 to 30 per cent, Everyday Discounts 11 to 20 per cent, and Small Discounts up to 10 per cent. Which categories have the most reduced stock?

Apparel and eyewear dominate: 33 sunglasses, 28 jerseys, 23 pairs of tights, 16 shorts and 14 pairs of socks are currently reduced. Bikes are well represented too, with 24 road, 14 hybrid and 13 mountain models discounted. 2XU alone accounts for 75 reduced lines, mostly compression and triathlon kit, followed by Pearl Izumi at 30 and Santini at 21.

Is a discounted bike last season's model?

Often, and that is usually the point. Reductions on bikes typically reflect a model-year changeover rather than any difference in condition, so the frame, groupset and warranty are unchanged. Do I need a discount code for sale items?

Are sale bikes new or ex-display?

All bikes in the sale are new and unused, and they carry the same manufacturer warranty as full-price stock. Discounts on bicycles usually reflect a model-year changeover rather than condition, so the frame, groupset and finish are exactly as specified. The product page lists the full specification, so you can compare a reduced model directly against the current one.

How often does the sale collection change?

It updates continuously because it is generated from live inventory and pricing rather than curated by hand. A product appears the moment its price is reduced and it has stock, and it disappears as soon as the last unit sells or the price returns to normal. That means the 327 products in it today will not be exactly the same set tomorrow.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items follow the same returns policy as full-price purchases, so a reduction does not change your rights.
