How To Use
  1. Ream Threads: Use the left or right reaming tap to create oversized 5/8" x 24 TPI threads in the crank arm.
  2. Clean Threads: Thoroughly clean and degrease the newly cut threads before fitting the insert.
  3. Apply Thread Locker: Apply thread locker to the outside of the correct pedal thread insert.
  4. Install Insert: Thread the insert into the crank arm until it is seated correctly.
  5. Fit Pedal: Install the pedal into the insert and allow the thread locker to cure as required.
