The Pilo D869 Derailleur Hanger is a replacement rear derailleur hanger designed for selected Merida Reacto and Scultura road bicycles. CNC-machined from aluminium alloy, it provides a precisely formed mounting interface between the bicycle frame and rear derailleur. It is intended to replace a bent, damaged or broken original hanger.

Precision Construction. Manufactured from billet aluminium, the hanger features a hard black anodised finish. Its accurately machined mounting surfaces help position the rear derailleur correctly, supporting consistent gear shifting when properly installed and aligned.

Frame Compatibility. The hanger uses a standard derailleur mounting arrangement and is not interchangeable with the direct-mount version. Compatibility depends on the bicycle model, production year and rear axle interface. Before purchasing, compare the original hanger's shape, mounting position and attachment points with the replacement to ensure correct fitment.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure.
