The Pilo D585 Derailleur Hanger is a replacement rear derailleur hanger designed for selected Trek bicycles, including Superfly and ProCal models. Manufactured from CNC-machined aluminium alloy, it provides a precisely formed mounting interface between the bicycle frame and rear derailleur. It is intended to replace a bent, damaged or broken original hanger.

Precision Construction. The hanger is machined from aluminium billet and finished with a hard black anodised coating. Its accurately formed mounting surfaces help position the rear derailleur correctly, supporting consistent gear shifting when properly installed and aligned.

Frame Compatibility. The D585 is designed for specific Trek frames and production years. Before purchasing, compare the existing hanger's shape, mounting arrangement and axle interface with the replacement. Correct identification is essential because different versions of the same bicycle model may use different derailleur hangers.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
