Warranty Eligibility: To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be within the warranty period.
The product must not meet any of the exceptions listed below.

Exceptions to Warranty: The warranty does not cover the following:

Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or storage
Unauthorized disassembly or modifications
Mismatched or altered model numbers on the warranty certificate
Damage caused by external factors (force majeure) or failure to follow user manual instructions

If your product falls under any of these exceptions, you will be responsible for the cost of parts, labor, and other fees during the repair.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
