Birzman Internal Routing Kit

The Birzman Internal Routing Kit is a magnetic tool designed to guide cables, housings, hydraulic hoses and electronic wires through internally routed bicycle frames. It helps make otherwise difficult routing jobs faster and more controlled.

Magnetic Guidance System: A lead wire works with the flexible magnetic extension to guide adapters through the frame and retrieve them at the exit port. The fabric-covered magnetic tip helps protect the frame surface from scratches during use.

Multiple Routing Adapters: Four dedicated adapters support Ø4 and Ø5 mm housings, Ø5 mm hydraulic hoses, Shimano Di2 SD50 wires, and Ø1.2 or Ø1.5 mm cables. This makes the kit suitable for a wide range of modern mechanical and electronic setups.

Built-In Housing Awl: An integrated awl helps restore freshly cut housing ends, making it easier to attach the appropriate adapter and insert the cable. The tool is compatible with aluminium, carbon fibre and titanium bicycle frames.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
