How to measure: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks you ride in, and put your weight on that foot. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Match that measurement to the CM column, which is the most reliable of the four. Measure both feet and use the larger one.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger size. Feet swell over long rides and in the heat. MTB and gravel shoes take a two-bolt cleat and the cleat sits recessed into the tread, so they are the better choice if you walk during rides. Sizes offered vary by model.
