How to measure: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, wearing the socks you ride in, and put your weight on that foot. Mark the tip of your longest toe and measure from the wall to the mark. Match that measurement to the CM column, which is the most reliable of the four. Measure both feet and use the larger one.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, take the larger size. Feet swell over long rides and in the heat. Sizes offered vary by model. Full FLR sizing and fit guide.

FLR F-3 Road & Triathlon Shoes are designed for riders who want a clean blend of performance, stiffness, comfort and support. Their elegant and aerodynamic profile makes them well suited for road cycling, triathlon training and performance-focused riding.
Seamless Upper Design: The shoe uses a seamless upper made from a single piece of premium microfiber, shaped around FLR’s pro-last for a closer and more supportive fit. This construction helps the shoe conform to the foot while reducing unnecessary bulk and pressure points.
Secure Dial Closure: A single dial lacing system allows the shoe to hold the foot securely across key contact areas. The external heel cup with microfiber lining helps keep the heel stable, giving riders better control and confidence during hard efforts.
Ventilated Performance Build: Perforated holes and a breathable tongue improve airflow inside the shoe, helping keep the foot cooler during long rides and intense sessions. The R250 outsole supports efficient pedal power transfer while keeping weight and comfort in balance.
FLR F-3 Road & Triathlon Shoes deliver a stiff, supportive and comfortable platform for riders looking for a performance-driven road or triathlon shoe.
