The Yokozuna Reaction Road Cable Housing Kit is engineered for riders seeking maximum braking and shifting efficiency on modern road bikes. Designed as a truly compressionless system, it significantly improves control and responsiveness, especially on high-performance setups.
Compressionless Braking Performance: This kit features tightly wound, low-stretch housing that minimizes compression under load. The result is a direct and powerful braking feel, making it especially effective for road brakes and mechanical disc brake systems.
Jet-Lubed Housing Design: Both the brake and shifter housings are treated with Yokozuna’s Jet Lube Process, injecting lubrication end to end rather than only at the tips. This reduces internal friction and ensures smoother, more consistent cable movement over long-term use.
Cable Compatibility and Configuration: The kit includes stainless steel inner cables with dual-compatible heads for Campagnolo and Shimano/SRAM on the shift side. Brake cables are supplied with Campagnolo and MTB-style heads, allowing flexibility depending on brake system requirements.
With extended housing lengths suited for disc brake frames and larger bike geometries, this kit is ideal for riders upgrading to a more responsive and durable road cable system.
