How to use

Avoid Sitting on the Bike: Never put weight on the bike while installed on the FlashStand.
Do Not Spin Wheel at High Speed: Avoid spinning the rear wheel fast or braking a spinning wheel.
Hold Handlebar for Stability: Hold the handlebar with one hand when rotating the pedals.
Install Hook Correctly: Ensure the hook is installed properly to prevent arm damage.
Check Frame Compatibility: Not suitable for bikes with downtube obstructions 110–140 mm from bottom bracket.
Avoid Certain Bike Types: Not designed for Shimano Nexave shifters or MTB tires larger than 26" × 2.25”.
Maintain Bolt Tightness: Tighten bolts if loose but avoid over-tightening.
Respect Weight Limit: Bike weight must not exceed 14 kg (30.8 lb).
Use on Stable Surfaces: Not recommended for grass, loose dirt, gravel, or uneven surfaces.
