The Token Push’n-Turn Expander is designed for 1-1/8" steerer tubes, giving riders a light and secure headset setup without adding unnecessary weight to the bike.
Quick Push’n-Turn Installation: Unlike common expanders, its simple design helps prevent the assembly from rotating inside the steerer during installation. This makes fitting quicker, cleaner and easier for both mechanics and home users.
Secure Expansion Support: The tapered plug and half-split expansion collet help create a firm hold inside the steerer. Token recommends secure expansion with 5–6 N.m of torque for reliable headset compression.
Built To Resist Corrosion: The expander uses anodized parts and includes a rubber plug for the top hex hole. This helps protect the system from sweat corrosion and keeps the headset area cleaner over regular riding.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not.
