Scicon Brake Levers and Gearbox Protector Padded Transport Kit for Bikes

The Scicon Brake Levers and Gearbox Protector is a dedicated transport protection kit for some of the most exposed parts of a bicycle. It helps shield the brake levers and rear drivetrain area from knocks, rubbing and contact with other equipment while the bike is being transported. Scicon recommends it for travelling with a bicycle in a soft bike bag or car, where these components can otherwise remain vulnerable to movement and accidental impacts.

Protect Delicate Components. The shaped covers wrap around the cockpit and rear drivetrain areas to provide cushioning during transport. This is particularly useful when packing a road, gravel or cyclocross bike for races, cycling holidays or training trips, where luggage movement can place pressure on exposed controls and drivetrain components. The protective structure also helps separate these areas from surrounding parts of the bicycle inside a travel bag.

Quick Travel Preparation. The fastening system allows the protectors to be fitted in seconds, helping simplify the bike-packing process when preparing for travel. They can be reused across repeated trips and cleaned when required, making them a practical addition to a regular bike travel setup. For riders using soft cases or transporting bikes by car, the kit adds targeted protection without requiring permanent modification to the bicycle.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
