Polygon Helios (2013) Dropout Hanger is a replacement rear derailleur hanger for specific Polygon road, fitness and performance bicycle frames. A derailleur hanger sits between the frame and rear derailleur and is intentionally designed as a replaceable component. If the derailleur receives an impact or the bicycle falls onto the drivetrain side, the hanger can bend or break before the force reaches the frame itself. Replacing a damaged hanger also helps restore correct derailleur alignment and shifting.
Match the Frame. Derailleur hangers are highly model-specific, so visual similarity alone should not be used to determine compatibility. This part covers several generations of Polygon Helios as well as selected Strattos, Divine and Bend models, plus the Cell Team. Check the exact bicycle model and production year before ordering, particularly because other Helios generations use different hanger designs.
Useful Workshop Spare. A bent hanger can produce poor indexing, hesitation between gears or inconsistent shifting even when the derailleur itself is undamaged. Riders using an older compatible frame may therefore find it useful to keep a spare available, especially when travelling for rides or events where the correct replacement could be difficult to source quickly.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
