Compared with the Cascade 3, it moves to a Shimano Cues drivetrain and the sturdier XCM 32 fork, while the Cascade 5 steps further up with a higher-tier Cues drivetrain and a two-piece bottom bracket. That makes the Cascade 4 the middle option for riders who want a cleaner modern drivetrain without paying for every upgrade in the range.

Made for Mixed Riding. The single-chainring drivetrain keeps shifting straightforward and avoids the extra controls of a front derailleur, while the wide gearing gives useful range for everyday climbs and relaxed off-road use.
