The Pilo D104 is a replacement rear derailleur hanger made for selected Tirreno Razza, KHS, KTM, Litespeed and Ellsworth bicycles. It is intended for riders or workshops replacing a bent, damaged or missing original hanger while retaining the frame's existing derailleur mounting arrangement. Because derailleur hangers are frame-specific components, the D104 should be selected by confirmed bicycle compatibility and physical shape rather than by derailleur brand alone.
Made for Replacement. Pilo manufactures the hanger using precision CNC machining, giving the component accurately formed mounting surfaces and derailleur attachment points. Replacing a damaged hanger can restore the derailleur to the intended position, which is important for accurate shifting and for maintaining the correct relationship between the derailleur and cassette. The supplied mounting hardware also means the dedicated fasteners needed for the hanger installation are provided with the part.
Confirm your Frame. Pilo lists compatibility with specific KHS models, the Tirreno Razza road platform, selected KTM frames, Litespeed frames and Ellsworth Glimpse frames. Similar-looking hangers are not necessarily interchangeable, so compare the original hanger with Pilo's product images before ordering. Pilo specifically recommends confirming the hanger shape when there is any uncertainty about the bicycle model.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not.
