Muc-Off Silky Suspension Serum is a dedicated suspension-care product for riders who want their suspension operating smoothly between regular services. It works at the contact area between suspension seals and moving surfaces, helping reduce the resistance that can make suspension feel less responsive. The result is smoother movement and better sensitivity to smaller bumps and trail vibrations, particularly useful when suspension components are regularly exposed to dust, mud and demanding riding conditions.

Smoother Suspension Action. Stiction between wiper seals and moving suspension surfaces can interfere with the initial movement of the suspension. Silky Suspension Serum keeps these areas lubricated, allowing components to move more freely and helping the suspension respond more effectively to smaller impacts. Muc-Off specifically developed the product to improve suspension performance rather than functioning as a general-purpose bicycle lubricant or protection spray.

Regular Suspension Care. Keeping suspension surfaces clean and properly lubricated also helps limit the amount of contamination working its way towards the seals. This can protect the condition of the suspension system and the oil inside it while maintaining a smoother ride feel. Muc-Off recommends regular application as part of ongoing bike maintenance, making the serum useful for riders who want a quick preventative-care step before heading out on the trail.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
