How To Use
  • Before Installation: Deflate the tyre and remove the valve core. Presta valves must have a removable valve core.
  • Schrader Valve Position: Rotate the wheel so the valve sits between the 9 and 12 o'clock positions.
  • Prepare Bottle: Pull up the filling tube from the bottle and remove the valve-core tool from the top.
  • Remove Schrader Core: Insert the two-pronged valve-core tool and turn anti-clockwise to remove the core.
  • Add Sealant: Connect the filling tube and gently squeeze in the required amount using the dosage scale on the bottle.
  • Schrader O-Ring: The O-ring is not required when filling through a Schrader valve.
  • Presta Valve Setup: Fit the black O-ring from the valve-core tool onto the valve stem and connect the filling tube until it meets the O-ring.
  • Presta Valve Position: Rotate the wheel so the valve sits at the 6 o'clock position before dispensing the sealant.
  • After Filling: Remove the filling tube and O-ring, then wipe away any sealant residue around the valve.
  • Reinstall Valve Core: Refit the valve core using the supplied tool and tighten clockwise until secure.
  • Inflate Tyre: Inflate to the pressure recommended by the tyre or bicycle manufacturer.
  • Distribute Sealant: Spin the wheel after inflation to distribute the sealant inside the inner tube.

Overview

Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Inner Tube Sealant brings puncture protection to conventional inner-tube setups without requiring tubeless-specific tyres or rims. Developed for road, gravel, mountain, e-bike, commuter, folding and touring bicycles, it is designed to seal punctures in the tube while you ride and can deal with multiple punctures over the tube's service life. It seals holes up to 4mm and is suitable for riders who want added puncture protection without converting their wheels to tubeless.

Long-Lasting Tube Protection. The water-based formula does not dry out and is designed to last for the life of the inner tube, reducing the need for regular sealant replacement. It works with Schrader valves and Presta valves that have removable cores, and Muc-Off also confirms compatibility with TPU inner tubes. The product is not intended for tubeless tyres, so riders using a tubeless wheel and tyre system should use a dedicated tubeless sealant instead.

Quick Roadside-Ready Setup. Installation is carried out through the valve after removing the valve core, using the bottle's filling tube and the supplied valve-core tool where applicable. Once the required amount has been added, the valve core is reinstalled, the tyre is inflated to the manufacturer's recommended pressure and the wheel is spun to distribute the sealant. The formulation works across varied temperatures, making it practical for year-round riding in changing conditions.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
