How to use

Preparing The Surface

  1. Wash the bike thoroughly using Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, Punk Powder, or Snow Foam, then dry completely.
  2. Correct paint defects if needed, as the ceramic coating can seal in swirl marks, scratches, or water spots.
  3. Remove wax, polish, or correction residue using the Surface Preparation Spray on a microfibre cloth.

Ceramic Coating Application

  1. Apply in a cool, dry, clean, well-lit and ventilated area and test first on non-factory finishes.
  2. Shake the bottle for 10 seconds, wear protective gloves and apply a small amount to the applicator pad.
  3. Work on one tube or panel at a time using a crosshatch overlapping pattern for even coverage.
  4. Allow the coating to cure for 5 minutes, then lightly buff with the microfibre cloth until the rainbow effect is removed.
  5. Let the coating fully cure for 24 hours before exposure to water or weather and avoid washing for at least 48 hours.
  6. Apply a second layer only after the first layer has fully cured if extra durability is required.

Maintenance / Cleaning

  1. Clean coated surfaces using Nano Tech Bike Cleaner, Punk Powder, or Snow Foam.
  2. Avoid solvents and acidic cleaners, as they can break down the coating faster.
  3. Keep the surface clean to maintain strong water-beading performance.
  4. Refresh the coating every 6 months for optimal protection.
