How To Use

Wearing the Chest Strap Correctly

  1. Wet the two electrode areas on the back of the chest strap with water before wearing, especially in winter when the skin is dry.
  2. Attach the heart rate monitor to the metal buckle of the chest strap with the logo facing upward.
  3. Wrap the strap around your chest, ensuring the electrodes are in direct contact with your skin and secure the hook to the loop.
  4. Adjust the strap so the monitor sits just below the center of your chest, fitting snugly without slipping.

Note: Remove the protective film from the heart rate monitor before use. Wearing the strap too loosely may cause inaccurate readings.

Indicator Lights

  • Power On But No Heart Rate Detected: Red light flashes
  • Heart Rate Reading: Green light flashes
    The green light flashes six times and then turns off automatically while the monitor remains working.

Maintenance & Care

  • Heart Rate Monitor: After each use, detach from the strap and wipe with a soft towel. Do not use alcohol or abrasive cleaners.
  • Chest Strap: Rinse with clean water at around 25°C, wipe with a soft towel and air dry. Do not soak, iron, bleach, or aggressively stretch the electrode areas.
  • Storage: Store the monitor and strap in a dry place away from prolonged direct sunlight. Avoid storing a wet strap in non-breathable bags to prevent oxidation.
