Deda Elementi Parabolica Pro Aero Bar Extensions

Deda Elementi Parabolica Pro Aero Bar Extensions are clip-on aerobars for riders setting up a road, time-trial or triathlon bike for a more sustainable aerodynamic position. They suit time trials, triathlon and ultra-cycling, where fit adjustability matters as much as reducing frontal area. Compared with the simpler Parabolica Uno and Due systems, the Pro provides substantially more adjustment at the extensions and armrests. It remains a clip-on system rather than a complete integrated basebar, allowing riders to retain a compatible existing handlebar.

Built Around Fit. Extension position, armrest width and armrest setback can all be adjusted, allowing the cockpit to be tuned around shoulder width, reach and forearm support instead of forcing the rider into one fixed position. The angled extension layout places the hands higher than the elbow support, while the spacer system gives further scope to alter armrest position. For long-course triathlon or ultra-distance riding, that adjustability can make an aero position easier to maintain consistently.

Check Bar Compatibility. Parabolica Pro can clamp to compatible conventional Deda handlebars and can also be mounted to suitable time-trial handlebars using the supplied interface plates. Deda lists compatibility with several current road and gravel handlebars, but not every aero or integrated cockpit accepts clip-ons. The Alanera RS requires the TT 314 clip-on interface. Installation should follow Deda’s instructions, particularly for clamp position and tightening torque.
