How to wash cycling clothes?
If you have a washing bag designed specifically for delicates, use this. Place your gear in the bag and then place the bag in the washing machine. If there is a sports mode, select it if the temperature is no more than 30 degrees. If not, find a gentle cycle that is no warmer than 30 degrees. Do not use standard laundry detergent, and definitely do not use fabric softener. Allow the clothing to air dry - do not tumble dry.
