Muc-Off No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant is developed for MTB, enduro and downhill riders who need dependable puncture protection in demanding conditions. The formula uses advanced latex and sealing particles to close punctures and tears rapidly while riding, helping reduce interruptions from common tubeless tyre damage. It is compatible with tubeless-ready and full UST wheel and tyre systems and can also seal porous tyre casings and small gaps around the bead and rim.

Built for Tough Conditions. The sealant can close holes up to 6mm and operates across a broad pressure and temperature range, making it suitable for everything from lower-pressure mountain bike setups to harder race use. A built-in UV detection system highlights puncture sites that may otherwise be difficult to locate, making post-ride inspection and tyre maintenance easier. The formula is designed to remain effective during demanding racing and regular trail riding rather than serving only as an emergency repair.

Easy to Maintain. The sealant forms a thin, even layer inside the tyre rather than balling up as it ages. In temperate conditions it can remain effective for more than six months before requiring a top-up, although hotter conditions may require more frequent checking. Its water-soluble, non-corrosive formulation also makes cleanup easier when servicing tyres or dealing with sealant outside the wheel.

How to use

Shake Before Use: Shake the bottle or pouch thoroughly so the sealing particles are evenly distributed.
Prepare New Tyres: For new tyres, degrease and clean the inside surface to remove oils or mould-release residue before adding sealant.
Existing Sealant: Do not mix with another sealant. Rinse out the previous product before installing No Puncture Hassle.
Valve Access: Remove the valve core from the tubeless valve before introducing sealant through the valve.
26" and 27.5" MTB: Add 60-75ml per tyre.
Cross 700C: Add 60-75ml per tyre.
29" MTB: Add 105-140ml per tyre.
Downhill: Add 120-140ml per tyre.
Extra Protection: Add up to 30ml additional sealant per tyre when greater protection is required.
Inject Sealant: Connect the pouch or suitable applicator to the valve and introduce the required quantity into the tyre.
Reassemble and Inflate: Refit the valve core and inflate the tyre to the required riding pressure.
Distribute Sealant: Rotate and move the wheel after inflation so the sealant coats the inside of the tyre evenly.
Extreme Heat: In temperatures above 35°C, check the sealant more frequently and top up when required.
Maintenance: When the sealant eventually dries out, simply top it up rather than removing the existing thin layer.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure.
