  • Install Hook Correctly: Ensure the hook is installed properly to prevent arm damage.
  • Check Frame Compatibility: Not suitable for bikes with downtube obstructions 110–140 mm from bottom bracket.
  • Avoid Certain Bike Types: Not designed for Shimano Nexave shifters or MTB tires larger than 26" × 2.25”.
  • Maintain Bolt Tightness: Tighten bolts if loose but avoid over-tightening.
  • Respect Weight Limit: Bike weight must not exceed 14 kg (30.8 lb).
  • Use on Stable Surfaces: Not recommended for grass, loose dirt, gravel, or uneven surfaces.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
