Token HEGG Premium Integrated Upper 1-1/8'' Lower 1-1/5'' Headset - Black is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The Token HEGG Premium Integrated Headset is designed to provide years of dependable performance without unnecessary complexity. Instead of focusing on being the lightest or most high-tech, this headset is engineered to quietly do its job—delivering smooth steering and exceptional durability, even in tough riding conditions.
Premium Bearings for Effortless Rotation: Featuring highly polished Premium Bearings, the HEGGset reduces friction and ensures a smoother spin with less effort. These bearings are rounder and more refined than standard options, providing long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.
Durable 6061 Aluminum Construction: The 6061 aluminum alloy cups are built to withstand wear and tear while securely supporting the bearings. With a 5mm insertion depth, the cups provide additional frame support, reducing stress on the headset area and enhancing overall durability.
Double-Sealed Protection Against the Elements: Riding conditions can be unpredictable and exposure to mud, rain, sweat and dirt can quickly damage bearings. That’s why the HEGGset features a double-sealed design, keeping contaminants out and ensuring smooth operation even in harsh environments.
A Simple, Proven Solution: The Token HEGG Premium Integrated Headset may not be the flashiest option on the market, but it delivers unmatched reliability and strength where it matters most. Whether you're an endurance rider, commuter, or mountain biker, this headset is built to handle the demands of the road, year after year.
Upgrade your bike with the Token HEGG Premium Integrated Headset, featuring premium bearings, 6061 aluminum construction and double-sealed protection for smooth, reliable steering in all conditions.
