The Tangeseiki Technoglide ZS225X Zero-Stack Headset is engineered for modern frames using a 44mm straight head tube and a tapered fork interface. It delivers smooth steering performance with a focus on durability, precision and long-term reliability.

Precision Alloy Construction: Built from lightweight yet strong duraluminum alloy, the headset maintains structural integrity while keeping overall weight low. The CNC-machined components ensure accurate tolerances for consistent fit and stable handling.

Sealed Bearing System: The upper unit uses a Tangeseiki original-sized 4TS sealed cartridge bearing, while the lower unit features a dedicated 1.5-inch cartridge bearing. The fully sealed mechanism protects against dirt, moisture and contamination in varied riding conditions.

Frame and Fork Compatibility: Designed specifically for ZS44 upper and EC44 lower standards, this headset supports a 1-1/8" to 1.5" tapered fork configuration. It is well suited for road, gravel and endurance frames using a 44mm head tube.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
