The Tangeseiki Technoglide ZS225 is a zero-stack headset engineered for modern tapered head tube frames, delivering smooth steering performance with long-term durability. It is designed to integrate cleanly into frames using a ZS44/ZS56 configuration while maintaining precise alignment and stability.

Zero-Stack Tapered Design: Built for tapered head tubes, the ZS225 supports a 1-1/8" to 1.5" fork and head tube combination. The zero-stack system allows the bearings to sit inside the frame, contributing to a lower stack height and a clean, integrated cockpit appearance.

Lightweight Duraluminum Construction: The headset cups are manufactured from lightweight yet strong duraluminum alloy. This construction balances low weight with structural rigidity, ensuring consistent steering response without adding unnecessary mass to the front end.

Fully Sealed Bearing System: Equipped with Tange Seiki original sized cartridge bearings, the ZS225 uses a 4T5 cartridge bearing in the upper and a 1.5" cartridge bearing in the lower. The fully sealed mechanism protects against dirt, water and debris, helping maintain smooth rotation over extended use.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
