Role of Vitamin B12 in Energy and Nerve Health: Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin essential for red blood cell formation, DNA synthesis and proper neurological function. It helps prevent megaloblastic anemia, a condition that causes fatigue and weakness and acts as a cofactor for several critical enzymes involved in cellular metabolism.

Why B12 Deficiency Is Common: Vitamin B12 is naturally found in animal-based foods such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy and is largely absent in plant foods. In food sources, B12 is often present as cyanocobalamin, which the body must convert into active forms like methylcobalamin, making supplementation important for vegans and vegetarians.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
