How to use

Clean the rim thoroughly using glue and sealant remover to remove any old residue before starting.
Select the correct tape width based on your wheel’s internal rim width, or choose the next size up if between sizes.
Locate the valve hole before applying the tape.
Peel back a small section of tape and begin applying it opposite the valve hole.
Hold the tape down with your thumb and continue pressing firmly as you apply it around the rim.
Rotate the wheel while applying the tape evenly along the rim bed.
Once you complete one full rotation, continue for an overlap of around 10 to 15 cm.
Cut the tape at a 45 degree angle and press the edge down firmly.
Check the tape for any gaps or air bubbles and press down again if needed.
Apply the finishing patch over the tape edge for a secure seal.
Push the valve through the valve hole and secure it with the O-ring and locking ring.
Refit the tyre, inflate it and then proceed with adding sealant.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
