The Way To Go is Craycol's everyday lifestyle frame: a light 20 g full frame with 54 mm lenses that grips without pressing, from all-black to clear and translucent frames with mirror, gradient or amber lenses. Choosing a Lens: Mirror lenses are for strong sun and glare off roads and water. Gradient lenses are darker at the top and lighter below, so your computer and the road just ahead stay easy to read. Grey lenses keep colours natural. Ghost Sprint's polarized amber lens lifts contrast at dawn, dusk and on grey days. The tinted lenses are CAT3, for bright daylight only.

Fit and Size: Made for medium to large faces. The frame measures 54-17-140 mm: 54 mm lens width, 17 mm bridge and 140 mm arms.

Prescription Lenses: Press Buy with prescription to choose single vision or progressive lenses, the lens type and thickness, then upload a photo of your prescription or type it in. Craycol makes the lenses to your power and fits them to the frame; this adds about 3 days before dispatch. Prescription lenses carry a 6-month warranty. They are made to order, so prescription orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Protection and Grip: UV 400 protection blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays. The shatterproof TR90 frame flexes instead of snapping, and Craycol's Sweatlock™ grip keeps it in place through sweat, speed and rough surfaces.

Care: Rinse off sweat and dust with plain water, then dry with a soft lens cloth; a dry wipe grinds grit into the lens. Keep them in the pouch, lenses up, and never leave them on a car dashboard in the sun.

Warranty and support

Manufacturing Defect Warranty: Craycol sunglasses and eyewear are covered by a limited 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery. The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects only. Every claim is inspected and approved by Craycol.

Prescription Lenses: Prescription lenses made by Craycol (ordered with Buy with prescription) come with a 6-month warranty.

Prescription Orders: Sunglasses ordered with prescription lenses or a prescription insert are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. The warranty above still applies.

Exclusions: The Craycol warranty does not cover:

Scratches, dents, cracks or breakage caused by use, accidents or mishandling
Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning or maintenance
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear from regular use
Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat or other external factors
Damage from modification, repair or alteration not authorised by Craycol

Damaged or Incorrect on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us straight away. Please share an unboxing video that starts before the package is opened, with the shipping label clearly visible, along with photos of the issue. Craycol needs this to approve the claim.

Shipping and returns

We ship across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000 and ₹99 below that. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹20,000, with a COD charge that depends on the order value. For a delivery estimate, enter your pincode in the box above the add-to-cart button: it shows the courier's own estimate for your address, not a promised date. Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
