Craycol Walrus Sport Sunglasses

The Walrus is Craycol's folding sport frame, designed for fast paced athletes. Its Modular Fold Design folds the arms and then the frame in half at the bridge, so it packs small enough for a jersey pocket, a running belt or the hard case in the box. Take it on a long ride or a race and put it away when the sun goes down, without a bulky case.

Choosing a Lens: Mirror polarized lenses (gold, purple or red) are for strong sun: they cut glare off tarmac and water and add contrast. The grey non-reflective lens dims light evenly and keeps colours true, for riders who prefer no mirror finish. All are CAT3 lenses for bright daylight, not for night riding or night driving.

Fit and Size: Made for medium to large faces. The frame measures 57-17-125 mm: 57 mm lens width, 17 mm bridge and 125 mm arms. The fold is at the bridge, so the frame stays rigid on your face once opened.

Prescription Lenses: Press Buy with prescription to choose single vision or progressive lenses, the lens type and thickness, then upload a photo of your prescription or type it in. Craycol makes the lenses to your power and fits them to the frame; this adds about 3 days before dispatch. Prescription lenses carry a 6-month warranty. They are made to order, so prescription orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Protection and Grip: UV 400 protection blocks 100% of UVA and UVB rays. The shatterproof TR90 frame flexes instead of snapping, and Craycol's Sweatlock™ grip keeps it in place through sweat, speed and rough roads.

Care: Rinse off sweat and dust with plain water, then dry with the microfiber cloth; a dry wipe grinds grit into the lens. Keep them in the case, lenses up, and never leave them on a car dashboard in the sun.
