We ship across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,000, and ₹99 is charged on orders below ₹2,000. Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹20,000, with additional COD charges based on order value. Most orders are delivered within 3–6 working days, though delays may occasionally occur. Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

For e-bikes with a display in the center, the e-bike mount is ideal because it offers more space. If you want to use your bag on different bikes with only one mount, you can also use the Mounting-Set QR, which is not permanently attached to the bike. If you already have an ORTLIEB or Rixen & Kaul mount, you usually do not need to buy an additional one. However, check compatibility beforehand using our compatibility overview.
