The Pilo D78 Derailleur Hanger is a replacement rear derailleur hanger designed for selected bicycles from Canyon, Focus, KSM, Marin, Merida, Orbea, Raleigh, Stevens and several other manufacturers. Manufactured from CNC-machined aluminium alloy, it provides a precisely formed mounting interface between the bicycle frame and rear derailleur.

Precision Construction. The hanger is machined from billet aluminium and finished with a hard anodised coating. Its accurately formed mounting surfaces help position the rear derailleur correctly, supporting consistent gear shifting when properly installed and aligned. It provides a replacement for damaged or bent original hangers without requiring changes to the bicycle frame.

Frame Compatibility. The D78 is designed for specific bicycle models and production years rather than every frame from the listed manufacturers. Before purchasing, compare the existing hanger's shape, mounting holes and dropout interface with the replacement. Correct identification is essential because similar-looking derailleur hangers may use different mounting arrangements and are not necessarily interchangeable.
