The Pilo D400 Derailleur Hanger is a replacement rear derailleur hanger designed for compatible Merida mountain bike frames. Manufactured from CNC-machined aluminium alloy, it provides a precisely formed mounting interface between the bicycle frame and rear derailleur. It is intended to replace a bent, damaged or broken original hanger.

Precision Construction. The hanger is machined from aluminium billet and finished with a hard black anodised coating. Its accurately formed mounting surfaces help position the rear derailleur correctly, supporting consistent gear shifting when properly installed and aligned.

Frame Compatibility. The D400 uses an internal mounting arrangement and is suitable for selected Merida frames. Before purchasing, compare the existing hanger's shape, mounting holes and dropout interface with the replacement. Correct identification is essential because different Merida models and production years can use different derailleur hanger designs.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not.
