The Pilo D803 Derailleur Hanger is a replacement rear derailleur hanger designed for compatible Bianchi road bicycle frames. CNC-machined from aluminium alloy, it provides a precisely formed mounting interface between the bicycle frame and rear derailleur. It is intended to replace a bent, damaged or broken original hanger.

Precision Construction. The hanger is manufactured from billet aluminium and finished with a hard black anodised coating. Its machined mounting surfaces provide a secure interface for correctly positioning the rear derailleur, supporting consistent gear shifting when properly installed and aligned.

Frame Compatibility. The D803 features an externally mounted design with threaded fixing holes. Pilo officially identifies compatibility with the Bianchi Oltre XR4, while specialist suppliers list additional Bianchi models. Before purchasing, compare the existing hanger's shape, mounting holes and dropout interface with the replacement. Similar-looking hangers may use different mounting threads and are not necessarily interchangeable.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not.
