The Controltech Tri Power Unit is a top-tube storage unit developed specifically for triathlon, giving riders a dedicated place for energy gels, blocks and bars within easy reach. Its shape is designed to sit closely against the stem so airflow passes more smoothly over the front of the bike than with a bulky general-purpose storage bag. Riders can secure it with the supplied silicone straps, while bikes with suitable top-tube rivet nuts can use the direct-mount option for a cleaner installation.
Fuel within Reach. The long, narrow storage layout keeps ride nutrition accessible from the riding position, reducing the need to reach into jersey pockets during training or racing. Positioning the unit immediately behind the stem also keeps the storage concentrated along the bike's centreline. The two silicone straps allow the unit to be positioned securely on compatible frames, giving riders an installation option even when direct-mount fittings are unavailable.
Check your Top Tube. Direct mounting requires a frame with suitable rivet nuts, so confirm your bicycle's mounting points before relying on the bolt-on installation method. Frames without those fittings can use the strap-based setup instead. Because top-tube shapes vary considerably between triathlon bikes, check that the unit can sit correctly behind the stem without interfering with cables, knees or cockpit components. The Tri Power Unit is intended as compact nutrition storage rather than a large luggage solution, so it is best suited to ride essentials that need quick access.

Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
