The Shakes Premium Grip Brake Lever Hoods are replacement bracket covers designed for compatible Shimano mechanical road shifters. Their high-density elastomer construction provides a firm, slightly tacky gripping surface, making them suitable for cyclists seeking greater confidence and control when riding on the hoods.

Secure Grip. The specially developed block pattern follows common finger and palm contact areas, helping distribute pressure across the gripping surface. Curved grooves create a textured finish that improves hand contact without relying on conventional rough surface patterns. Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not.
