How To Use
  1. Identify the puncture and clean the inside of the tire.
  2. Scuff the puncture zone to enhance adhesion.
  3. Choose a plug that matches the puncture hole diameter.
  4. Apply rubber cement.
  5. Insert the chosen plug using the tool provided.
  6. Pull the plug through with the metal tip to ensure a secure fit.
  7. Press firmly on the backside of the plug to ensure it's flush with the tire surface.
  8. Trim the excess plug material flush to the tire.

Note:

  • This system combines a plug and patch for a robust, long-lasting repair.
  • Ensure the puncture site is free from tire sealant before applying the plug.

Three Plug Sizes: The mixed kit includes 3 mm, 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm plugs to suit different puncture sizes. Two plugs of each size provide practical options for road, gravel and mountain bike tyres.

Strong Internal Seal: Unlike temporary external plugs, the mushroom head sits against the inner tyre surface for improved sealing. This helps extend tyre life and creates a repair designed to withstand demanding riding conditions.

Complete Repair Essentials: Two abrasive pads prepare the punctured area, while two tubes of rubber cement help secure the plug in place. The compact kit is suited to reliable repairs at home or in a workshop.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
