The IceToolz crank adapter is a Cr-Mo adapter designed for loosening or tightening a Shimano Hollowtech2 bearing cup. Made from chrome-vanadium, this adapter is built to last, ensuring a long service life for your tools.
Dual-Sided Design: This Shimano crank adapter can be used on both sides, providing versatility for different tasks. One side of the adapter is compatible with an 8mm Allen key (IceToolz 35V8), allowing you to apply force when needed. The reverse side of the adapter is used to loosen the Shimano crank cover nut.
Versatile and Essential Tool: The IceToolz crank adapter is indispensable for mounting or dismounting a Shimano crank. The small 8-cam side of the adapter is used to loosen the crank cover nut, while the other side, the 16-cam detacher, is used for mounting or dismounting the Shimano Hollowtech2 bearing cups.
Easy to Use: The ridges on the side of the crank adapter provide sufficient grip to apply enough force to loosen the cover nut. For the bearing cup assembly, an 8mm Allen key is required, ensuring that you have the right tool for the job.
