How to use

How to Mount:

Remove your crank from your bike.
Unscrew the 4 bolts holding the two chainrings together with a T-30 torx key.
Remove both original rings.
Locate the new inner chainring with the triangular timing indicator positioned behind the crank arm.
Mount the bolts so the nut heads sit flush with the surface of the chainring.
Absolute Black outer chainring has a specific shape of mounting tabs to fit only one way on the new version of crank arms.
For older cranks, locate the recess on the chainring behind the crank arm.
Use the original bolts if only changing the inner chainring.
Tighten all four bolts with a force of about 5-7Nm.
Mount your crank back to the bike and adjust the front derailleur if changing the outer ring size.

Important:

Ramps on big rings are specially configured for combinations: 50/34, 52/36, 52/38, 53/39T. Using other configurations may require adjustments to the front derailleur.
Always use a new chain when fitting new chainrings.
