Suggested Use:

Pre-training: Take 1 capsule the night before and another with your pre-run snack if you are a heavy sweater or training under hot and humid conditions.
During Training: For runs lasting over 90 minutes or in hot and humid conditions, take capsules based on your sweat rate. Stay hydrated with a suitable sports drink or gel.
Post-training: Consume 1-2 salt tablets along with a 4:1 carbohydrate to protein recovery drink.
Pre-race: Follow the pre-training guidelines. For races lasting 2-5 hours or more, take 1-2 capsules the night before and consume a pre-run drink.
