16mm Standard Hooks With Adjustable Fit: Ortlieb bike bags come with 16mm hooks as standard. If your luggage rack has thinner struts, the included inserts allow you to reduce the hook diameter to 12mm, 10mm, or 8mm for a precise and secure fit.

Choose The Right Handle Style: These 16mm hooks are available with either a rubberized plastic handle or an adjustable handle design. The adjustable handle version is commonly used on Office Bag, Commuter Bag and Downtown models for added convenience.

Compatible With Multiple Rack Diameters: If your rack has larger tube diameters, separate 18mm and 20mm hook options are available for proper compatibility. The 16mm hook set includes two QL2.1 snap hooks along with two inserts each for 8mm, 10mm and 12mm adjustments.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
