Manufacturing Defect Warranty: Craycol sunglasses and eyewear are covered by a limited 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of delivery. The warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects only. Every claim is inspected and approved by Craycol.
Prescription Lenses: Prescription lenses made by Craycol (ordered with Buy with prescription) come with a 6-month warranty.
Prescription Orders: Sunglasses ordered with prescription lenses or a prescription insert are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. The warranty above still applies.
Exclusions: The Craycol warranty does not cover:
- Scratches, dents, cracks or breakage caused by use, accidents or mishandling
- Damage caused by improper storage, cleaning or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic wear from regular use
- Damage caused by chemicals, excessive heat or other external factors
- Damage from modification, repair or alteration not authorised by Craycol
Damaged or Incorrect on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us straight away. Please share an unboxing video that starts before the package is opened, with the shipping label clearly visible, along with photos of the issue. Craycol needs this to approve the claim.
