Tangeseiki Technoglide ZS22 Zero-Stack Headset, ZS44/ZS44

The Technoglide ZS22 is a zero-stack headset designed for frames with ZS44 upper and lower head tube interfaces. This design keeps the bearings pressed inside the frame, resulting in a clean look, lower stack height and precise steering control for modern road, gravel and urban bikes.

Lightweight Duraluminum Construction: Built using strong and lightweight duraluminum alloy, the headset balances durability with reduced weight. The refined machining ensures accurate fitment, contributing to stable handling and long-term reliability under regular riding conditions.

Seized 4T5 Cartridge Bearings: The headset uses Tange-Seiki’s original Seized 4T5 sealed cartridge bearings in both the upper and lower assemblies. These bearings are engineered for smooth rotation, reduced friction and consistent performance, even with frequent use.

Fully Sealed for Frame Protection: A fully sealed mechanism protects the bearings from dust, water and contaminants. The controlled steering stop design prevents full 360-degree rotation, helping protect the frame and cables from damage during sharp turns.

The ZS22 allows selection of different lower assemblies to suit various riding preferences and frame requirements. This flexibility makes it a practical choice for both performance builds and long-term daily use.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
