Compatible With QL1 & QL2 Systems: These inserts are suitable for Ortlieb models featuring the QL1 system from 2005 onward, as well as all models equipped with the QL2 system. They maintain the reliability and safety of the original Quick-Lock design.

Secure & Stable Mounting: By reducing hook diameter, the inserts allow your pannier to sit firmly on thinner rack struts. This prevents unwanted movement and keeps your bag stable even on rough roads.

Simple Installation: The hook inserts are easy to install and integrate seamlessly into the existing mounting hooks. They allow quick adjustment without compromising the functionality of the Quick-Lock system.

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. Returns are available only on select categories such as apparel, helmets, jerseys, gloves, and similar items. Wetsuits and products discounted above 5% are not eligible for return.

Returns are not accepted for compatibility-related issues unless the product description on our website was incorrect. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer, as pickup is not available.
