Made for QL2.1 Systems: These inserts are designed for all Ortlieb models using the QL2.1 mounting system. They fit into the two upper 16 mm mounting hooks that come with the proven QL2.1 setup.

Better Compatibility: The inserts allow Ortlieb panniers to attach securely to racks with smaller tube diameters. This makes them useful when your pannier hooks feel slightly loose or when your rack tubing is below the standard hook size.
