Rather than being dedicated exclusively to aerodynamic road riding or technical mountain biking, the Avex combines elements of both helmet categories. It suits recreational cyclists, commuters and weekend riders who want one helmet for different riding conditions. The design offers a practical balance of head coverage, ventilation and everyday comfort, without the specialised construction of a dedicated aerodynamic racing helmet.
Comfort Across Terrain. The helmet is designed to remain comfortable as riding conditions change throughout the day. Airflow through the shell helps manage heat during climbs and slower sections, while the internal cushioning reduces pressure against the head. This is particularly useful during longer rides on Indian roads, where temperatures can rise considerably after an early-morning start. The adjustable fit allows riders to fine-tune how securely the helmet sits, helping minimise unwanted movement when riding over uneven surfaces or changing position on the bicycle.
Versatile Riding Protection. The removable visor provides additional shade and helps deflect minor trail debris, making it useful when transitioning between paved roads and off-road sections. Riders who prefer an unobstructed road helmet profile can remove it when not required. The helmet should sit level on the head, with the retention system and chin straps adjusted securely before every ride. Check head circumference against the manufacturer's sizing guidance rather than relying on the size of an existing helmet. Returns can be started within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Apparel, helmets, gloves and similar items are returnable; wetsuits and products discounted by more than 5% are not. Compatibility questions are not grounds for a return unless our listing was wrong, so ask us before you order if you are unsure. Return shipping is arranged by you; on an accepted return you can choose an exchange, store credit or a refund after shipping and transaction charges.
