If you have just picked up cycling , this workshop is for you. Here we talk about some fundamentals which will help you enhance your cycling experience.
• Setting up the saddle height correctly
• Safety checks before you start your ride
• Mounting and dismounting the bike
• Cadence
• Tyre pressure
• Nutrition and hydration tips
• Drivetrain maintenance tips
• Dismounting the front wheel
Note:
• The number of registrations is capped at 10, and it is first come first serve basis.
